We want the community of Mt. Helix and La Mesa to transform their mind, body, and soul in a positive, productive, challenging way while doing it in a fun and social environment. The goal of our gym is to foster strong minds, fit bodies, and life-long friendships. "I joined CrossFit La Mesa for a good workout in a non-traditional gym. I'm new to CrossFit and the whole CrossFit La Mesa crew has been great about teaching and coaching and making sure I get the most out of the workouts. There is constant variety and there have been no easy days... In one month I've seen results in strength, balance, coordination, and even lost some body fat. It's amazing how, even though I'm sore a lot, I haven't had any of my normal chronic aches and pains! The best part about CrossFit La Mesa is that they want you to be successful.
