Where do I start?
The best way to see what CrossFit is all about is to try it!
Check our schedule and drop into any one of our classes. One of the many great things about CrossFit is all of the movements can be modified according to your fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you are a collegiate athlete or a mature 75 year old enjoying life, CrossFit is for you.
Once you try a class and are interested in starting your CrossFit transformation, we require a basic CrossFit Elements course which will get you safely acquainted with core CrossFit movements.* The Elements course consists of five sessions with a personal trainer. These sessions are completed one on one, or in a small group setting. You will learn how a typical CrossFit class is executed, how to scale movements programmed in a workout, and how amazing your mind and body will feel after enduring a CrossFit workout. After completion, you will be free to attend any one of our group classes.
Our CrossFit Elements course is $250.00 and includes five one on one or small group classes and the rest of the month is free.
Look through our current class schedule to find a CrossFit Elements class which will work for you.
*If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, the CrossFit Elements course may be waived at a coach’s discretion.
