Workout For Monday May 27, 2019

We will be holding two classes today at 8:30 and 10am. A BBQ will be held immediately after the 10am class.

1 Mile Run

Then

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

Then

1 Mile Run

After completing the first mile run, Partition the work as desired. Modifications are welcomed, and encouraged. “Murph” can be completed parter style or cut in half.
