CFLM News:

Ladies…Emily’s baby shower will be held on June 10th at the gym, please save the date.

Open gym will be offered M-TH 7-9am. If you are coming to complete the WOD, please come at the top of each hour, like usual.

We will be holding 2 classes on Memorial Day…8 and 9am. We will be doing our annual Memorial Day “Murph”

We will be starting a healthy eating challenge on June 1st. More details to follow soon.
