With the EMOM clock complete the following…

1 Shoulder to Overhead (135/93#)

1 Burpee

Minute 2

2 Shoulder to Overhead

2 Burpees

Minute 3

3 Shoulder to Overhead

3 Burpees

Keep going until you fall off the EMOM timer

Rest 2 minutes after last athlete is done

Then

“The Makeup”

6 Rounds

5 Squat Cleans (135/93#)

10 Box Jumps (24/20″)

200m Run
