Ladies…Save the date…June 10th we will be having a baby shower for Emily!

Open gym will be offered M-TH 7-9am. If you are coming to complete the WOD, please come at the top of each hour, like usual.

We will be holding 2 classes on Memorial Day…8 and 9am. We will be doing our annual Memorial Day “Murph”

We will starting a healthy eating challenge on June 1st. More details to follow soon.

CFLM membership special…if you are interested in saving some $ on your dues, we are offering a summer special for annual pre-payment of dues. See Rebecca for more info.
