200 KB Swings (53/35#)
100 Squat Cleans (75/53#)
1 Mile run
Complete the DU’s, KB Swings, and cleans in order. Split up the mile run as desired. For example, you can run 2 800’s at any given time in the workout, or 4 400’s. You must complete the runs with your partner.
