We are looking for volunteers for our “Tribes and Clans” event this Sunday. If you don’t want to compete, just come hang out with your CFLM family!

“Tabata” simply means 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. You will stay at each exercise for 8 rounds before moving on. Your score is the lowest round, and will be posted for each exercise.
