Your new best friend is a kettle bell. If the KB touches the ground at any time, you will be punished with a 15 burpee penalty.

In teams of 2, complete 50 reps at each station. One partner working, the other holding a KB (53/35#)  Each team will start and end the workout with a 400m Run…and you need to take your buddy with you!
