Workout For Monday May 25, 2015

We will only be having one class today at 9am.  Please join us as we honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. We will be doing “Murph” in honor of these fallen men and women,


1 Mile Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

Wear a weighted vest if desired.  You can partition the work load as desired.  Feel free to perform the WOD with a partner, or cut the reps in half.
