9:00am Member’s Class

“Partner WOD”

50 Box Jumps (24/20″)

50 Pull-ups

50 KB Swings (53/35#)

50 Lunges

50 KB Clean and Jerks

50 Goblet Squats

50 Burpees

50 Sit-ups

Partner A will start on the first exercise and work until partner B completes 15 Med Ball Cleans (20/16#) Switch after 15 Med Ball Cleans, Partner B will resume where partner A left off. Switch until all 50 reps have been been completed.
