Happy Halloween!  We will have a normal schedule today and we encourage you to come dressed in costume.

9:00 Member’s Class

“Partner Pumpkin Party”

100 Pull-ups (holding a mini pumpkin between your knees)

Partner is holding pumpkin overhead

25 Partner Sit-ups (with pumpkin)

200 Goblet Squats (with pumpkin)

25 Partner Sit-ups

100 Weighted Push-ups (pumpkin is on back)

25 Partner Sit-ups

200 Box Step-ups with pumpkin (24/20″)

25 Partner Sit-ups

If you drop your pumpkin…It is a 10 burpee penalty for each drop.
