Please join us at the CrossFit games regionals tomorrow at the Del Mar fair grounds. We are all meeting at the front gate at 12pm.
We will only be holding one class on Monday at 9am. We will be doing a Memorial Day WOD in honor of those whom have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
