Workout For Thursday May 21, 2015

Yoga at 10am on Thursday!

We are heading up to the SoCal CrossFit Regionals in Del Mar on Sunday.  Please let us know if anyone would like to join us.  This is a great opportunity to watch

“WOD”

EMOM (Every minute on the minute) for 10 min of

Min 1: 5 Power Snatches (as heavy as possible…You choose weight)

Min 2: 12 Wall Ball (20/16#)

Min 3: 5 Power Snatches

Min 4: 12 Wall Ball

Alternate until you get through 10 minutes

Rest 2 minutes

Then, With a partner complete:

50 Burpee box jump overs (24/20″)

40 Alt. Pistols

30 Ring Dips

Or

“BODY”

EMOM for 10 min of

Min 1: 12 v-ups w/med ball

Min 2: 12 Wall Balls (20/16#)

Alternate for 10 minutes

Rest 2 minutes

Then, with a partner complete

50 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)

75 Plyo Push-ups (45/25#)

100 Goblet Squats (53/35#)
