In 17 min. Complete as many reps as possible of

40 Burpees

30 Snatch (75/43#)

30 Burpees

30 Snatch (135/75#)

20 Burpees

30 Snatch (165/100#)

10 Burpees

as many snatch as possible (210/120#)

Score is total reps completed.  Snatch can be power or squat.

“WOD Chaser”

3×8 Turkish Get-ups

Or

“BODY”

1 Mile Run

Then

As many reps as possible in 17 min of

40 HR Push-ups

30 Wall balls (20/16#)

30 HR Push-ups

30 KB Swings (53/35#)

20 HR Push-ups

30 Toes 2 Bar

10 HR Push-ups

30 KB Clean and Jerk (53/35#)

Score is total reps completed.  If you finish all work, start over again from the top.
