Yoga on Wednesday at 10am!

This Saturday we will be having a schedule change.  We will having 2 classes and everyone is welcome to attend either one. The classes will be held at 8am and 10am and will be partner style as usual.  We will be holding a fundraiser to support long-time member Sheena.  She is participating in the MS ride and CFLM wants to make sure Sheena meets her fundraising goal.  Come support Sheena and the great cause she is representing!
