Workout For Friday February 26, 2016

The CrossFit Open has arrived! Our schedule for Friday’s will be a bit different. We will be having Open Gym from 5:30am-10am. During this time you can come in and complete the Open WOD. Every athlete will need a judge and we will be providing score cards for you. If you are free, come hang out at the gym, judge, and cheer on your fellow athletes. All other class times will be normal, and we will still be completing the Open WOD.
