CFLM News: Chad will be teaching the 7:30am Saturday girl’s class this weekend.  Boys will be allowed this weekend…But only for this weekend!  Stay after the 7:30 class, or come early for the 9:00 class and take Shanon’s 15 min ab-blaster class at 8:45.
