20 OH Lunges (45/25#)

20 Wall Balls (20/16#)

Then

1 Mile Run

Then

3 Rounds

20 Front Squats (45/33#) (bar can’t touch the ground)

20 Shoulder Press (bar can’t touch the ground)

20 Unbroken Wall Balls (20/16#)

Then

400m Run

If bar touches the ground, or wall balls are broken, complete 10 Burpees before moving on. Rule only applies to last 3 Rounds.
