100m Run w/med ball (20/16#)

30 Step-ups (45/33#) (20/16#)

30 Shoulder Press

30 Unbroken Wall-Balls

30 Unbroken DU’s (x3 Singles)

*There is a 5 Burpee penalty if the barbell comes off the shoulders during the step-ups and shoulder press.

*There is a 5 Burpee penalty every time you break up the WB or DU’s.

*Post time and total number of Burpees.
