If you want to come to CrossFit 2.0 and support our competitors, meet Lina on Saturday at 8:00am in our gym parking lot. You will have the option of carpooling or car-a-vanning up.

1 Mile Run

200 Squats

100 Push-ups

200 Ab-mat Sit-ups

100 Pull-ups

Break up the work as desired.  You do not have to complete the exercises in order.
