Holiday Schedule:
December 24: one class at 9:00am. Yoga at 10:00am. This will be a special 1.5 hour class that will focus on inversions. This is a great way to put your CrossFit strength into action. Invite your friends…It is only $10 for visitors!
December 25: We are closed, enjoy the holiday with your families.
