CFLM News:  Please join us in celebrating our 1 year anniversary on Saturday February 21st.  The party will be at Robert Merlo’s house starting at 3:00.  Look for a sign-up sheet this week at the gym.

The CrossFit games season is here!  This year, the games will include a scaled option, making the workouts inclusive to all athletes.  We encourage all CFLM athletes to sign up.  It is only $20 and we will be completing the workouts every Friday for 5 weeks.  The competition will be fun and friendly!
