Wednesday 10:00am yoga

Thursday 7:00pm yoga

Friday 6:00pm BBQ at the gym…yay!

It is supposed to be extremely hot on Monday.  We will be indoors completing the following:

1 Rep Back Squat Max

Then

15 min AMRAP of

6 Knees 2 Elbows

12 Back Squats (115/73#)

24 HR Push-ups
