Attention CFLM Members: Have you been to one of our yoga classes lately?  If the answer is no, ask yourself why not?… This awesome class is included in your membership. Two of the most common complaints I hear are about soreness and flexibility.  Make it a priority to take care of your body and come to yoga.  You work so hard to complete the WOD’s…now reward your body with some stretching and mobility.  Bring a friend, It is only $10 for non-members.

Yoga Schedule: Wednesday at 10am and Thursday at 7pm
