BBQ on Saturday at Karen’s house 2:00.  Please bring a towel if you plan on swimming.

“Partner WOD”

3 Rounds

3 Sets each

3 ground 2 overhead (95/63#)

6 Pull-ups

9 Burpees

While 1 partner is working, the other partner is completing max reps Wall-ball (20/16#)

During each round alternate after every set until each partner has completed 3 sets.

Score will be time and total Wall-balls completed
