“Partner WOD”

800m Run w/ med ball (20/16#)

75 Goblet Squats (53/35#)

75 KB Swings

75 KB Clean and Jerks

75 Pull-ups

800m Run w/med ball

Run 800m together with partner.  pass med ball off as needed.  Each team will need 2 KB’s.  While 1 partner is working, the other is holding a KB in the front rack position.
