“Partner WOD”

While one partner is running 400m, the other partner is completing as many burpee pull-ups as possible. Switch until each person has completed 800m.  Post Burpee-pull-up total.

Complete 100 partner wall balls (20/16#)

Complete 200 push-ups. One partner working, the other doing DU’s.  Post total number of DU’s.

Post time, total burpee-pull-ups, and total DU’s.
