Then

3 Rounds of 400m Run

Max reps of DU’s (or singles)

Each partner will run 3 400m runs

Then

100 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Max reps of Deadlifts (95/63#)

Switch as needed

Record total number of Burpees, DU’s, and Deadlifts for each team
