100 Wall Balls (20/16#)

100 Med Ball Sit-ups

100 Med Ball Cleans

100 Pull-ups

Split the work as desired. Med Ball cannot be rested on the ground. The Pull-ups can be performed whenever you want. For example, while one partner is doing wall balls, the other partner can be doing Pull-ups. If you drop the Med Ball, it is a 5 Burpee penalty per drop.
