We will have two workouts today.  we will have our usual 7:30am Girl’s class and we will have a 9am WOD in honor of Telia.


In teams of 2, complete the following

20 min AMRAP of

25 Med ball Sit-ups (16#)

20 Burpees-other partner must be holding plank

15 Partner Wall balls

10 Med Ball Squats-ball must stay between backs


Navy hero WOD “Blake” in honor of Telia being commissioned as a Naval Officer and her farewell.

4 Rounds of

100 foot OH walking lunge (45/25#)

30 Box Jumps (24/20″)

20 Wall ball (20/16#)

10 HSPU’s
