100m Run

2 Front Squats (205/153#)

30 DU’s (x3 Singles)

4 Power Cleans

5 Strict Pull-ups

6 KB Clean and Jerks (70/53#)

7 Box Jumps (24/20″)

8 Knees 2 Elbows

9 Burpees

10 Deadlifts

11 Wall-Balls (20/16#)

12 Man-Makers (35/25#)

This workout is performed just like the song. You may sub any exercise with chugging a beer. If you choose to chug a beer, you must do so every round. You must finish your beer, before you move on to the next exercise.
