
Please join us on Saturday for a partner WOD to honor fallen SDPD officer De Guzman. We will have classes at 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. We are suggesting a $20 donation to support the De Guzman family, but of course it is not mandatory.

The cleans can be power or squat. They do not need to be touch and go, but the goal is to be as heavy as possible.
You can rest as needed between exercises and rounds, but there is a 25 minute time cap.
TOTAL number of DU’s and Push-ups will be posted, as well as weight used for the cleans.
