CFLM News:  With much discussion, Chad and I have decided that dogs will no longer be allowed at the gym.  We love your dogs, but please leave them home when you come to workout.

Join Shanon for yoga on Thursday at 7pm.  If flexibility and mobility are things you want to improve on, this is the perfect class for you.  Take advantage of this class, it is included in your membership.
