Don’t worry if you missed yoga on Wednesday, Shanon will be at CFLM at 7pm on Thursday!

Shanon will also be teaching a 15 min ab blaster class on Saturday mornings at 8:45am.  Stay after the girl’s class, or if you plan on attending the 9am class, come 15 min early.
