Workout For Thursday June 5, 2014

Please join us for yoga Thursday at 7pm.  Its a great way to end your day.  Shanon, our awesome yoga instructor, will be leading a yoga workshop on Sunday morning at 7:30am.  This 1.5 hour class will focus on opening up the hips and shoulders.  You won’t want to miss this class, especially after this week:)
