Every 4 min

Run 400m

10 Burpees

Max Double-unders with remaining time

Post total number of DU’s each round.

For Example:

Round 1 is from 0-4 min

Round 2 is from 4-8 min

Round 3 is from 8-12 min

Round 4 is from 12-16 min
