Please take advantage of yoga this week.  Class times are Wednesday at 10am and Thursday at 7pm.

We are excited to announce that we are now carrying Paleo meals from Primal Cravings.  They can we found in the Zico fridge and are $8.00.  Chad and I had the steak and mash for dinner this evening and thought they were both delicious and filling.
