Workout For Wednesday August 20, 2014

Yoga will be offered at two times on Wednesday.  A morning session at 10am and another evening session at 7pm.

5 Rounds of 400m Run

15 OHS (95/63#)

Both partners will complete the run together.  when arriving back at the gym, 1 partner will be performing OHS’s, the other partner will be holding their barbell overhead.  When one partner rests, the other must rest as well.  Both partners must complete the SAME number of OHS’s, until you reach round 5, then split the work as desired.
