“The Bear Complex”
Without stopping or dropping the bar, complete the following sequence, seven times:
*Power Clean
*Front Squat
*Push Press (have bar land behind head, in back-rack position)
*Back Squat
*Push Press (have bar land in front-rack position)
Once you have completed the sequence 7 times without stopping, drop the bar and rest as needed. Repeat for a total of five rounds, adding weight each round. There is no time component to this workout and athlete can start with whatever weight desired.
