Our CFLM healthy eating challenge will kick off this Sunday with a meeting at 9am. The challenge will include before and after pics, measurements (including weight), and 4 workouts. After 6 weeks of choosing the healthy eating plan of your choice, we will re-test your measurements, as well as the 4 workouts. The winner will receive a 1 month membership.
